If you have problems installing or using Mortty, look for answers on the Mortty groups.io reflector. You do not need to register, or login, or even have an account to search for a solution to your problem. (Although you will need to register if you want to post a new question.)
You can also send questions to the Mortty developer: N8AR – Steve (kits4hams@gmail.com). However, if your issue relates to using a Mortty Keyer on a specific transceiver or with a specific logging program, you are more likely to get a qualified response from a kindred colleague on the mortty.groups.io reflector.
